Sets from the atelier
How much do eyelash extensions cost in Toronto?
At Beautiatelier a classic full set is from $150, hybrid from $170, volume from $190 and mega volume from $250. A refill is from $70, and the consultation before your first set is free.
Across Toronto, salons that publish a price charge $100 to $165 for a classic full set, $120 to $185 for hybrid and $150 to $250 for volume (four salons' price lists, read on 4 October 2026).
Prices are before tax. A refill is priced by how much of the set remains. You pay at the atelier by cash, e-transfer, or credit or debit card.
Classic, hybrid or volume: which set?
The sets differ in how many fibres go on each natural lash. Classic is one fibre on one lash: length and definition, and the most natural result. Hybrid mixes single fibres with hand-made fans, for texture. Volume puts a fan of two to six very fine fibres on each lash for a fuller line. Mega volume uses fans of eight to fourteen fibres and is only for lashes strong enough to carry it.
In every set, the weight on each lash is decided by that lash, not by the style.
Classic or a light hybrid suits
- A first set of extensions
- A full natural lash line that wants length and definition
- Anyone who wants the result to pass for very good mascara
Volume suits
- Sparse or fine natural lashes
- Anyone who wants a full, even lash line
- Fullness from the first visit: light volume is the softer way in
How long do eyelash extensions last?
Each extension is bonded to one natural lash and sheds when that lash sheds. Natural lashes are replaced a few at a time, so a set thins gradually instead of falling out. A refill every two to three weeks keeps it full.
Every set carries a 10-day retention warranty: lose more than half of a new set within ten days, with the aftercare followed, and the refill is free.
How long does a full set take?
Two hours for a classic set, two and a quarter for hybrid, two and a half for volume and two and three-quarter hours for mega volume. Your eyes are closed throughout, and most clients rest. The atelier is a private, safe space.
- 1The consultationFree, thirty minutes, in person or on video. We look at your natural lashes and your eye shape, and you leave with a design and a price.
- 2The mapUnder magnification we read the density, thickness and direction of your lashes, then draw a map: the lengths, the curl for each part of the lash line, and a thickness each lash can carry.
- 3The applicationOne natural lash is isolated at a time and one extension or fan is bonded to it, 0.5 to 1 mm from the skin. No lash is bonded to another.
- 4The map stays on fileIt is redrawn at every refill as your lashes change.
Are eyelash extensions bad for your lashes?
Not when the weight is right and each extension sits on one isolated lash. Damage comes from fibres that are too heavy for the lash beneath, from extensions that bind neighbouring lashes together, and from pulling at a set.
So we choose the weight for each part of the lash line under magnification, we keep adhesive off the skin, and we book a lighter set before we overload a lash. Lash health is checked at every refill.
Some people react to lash adhesive. A patch test lowers the risk but cannot rule a reaction out. It is free, and worth booking 48 hours ahead if you have reacted before.
Are eyelash extensions worth it?
It depends on what you want from your mornings and how often you can come back.
Extensions suit
- Anyone who wears mascara every day and wants to stop
- Sparse, short or fair lashes
- A wedding, a holiday or a season when you want to wake up ready
They do not suit
- Anyone who cannot come back every two to three weeks: a lash lift lasts six to eight
- Anyone who wants to keep oil-based skincare or waterproof mascara on the lashes
- Lashes that are thinning or damaged: we will tell you at the consultation
What are lash extensions made of?
A synthetic fibre called PBT. We do not use animal hair: what lash trays call mink or faux mink is PBT drawn to a fine, matte taper, and silk is the same fibre with a glossier finish. Each fibre, or each hand-made fan, is bonded to one isolated natural lash with a cyanoacrylate lash adhesive, 0.5 to 1 mm from the skin.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Come with clean lashes: no mascara or eyeliner, and no oil-based products around the eyes that morning. Take contact lenses out. If you have reacted to lash adhesive before, book a free patch test 48 hours ahead. Arrive five minutes early: there is no waiting room, so we start on time.
How do I look after eyelash extensions?
No water for the first 24 hours. After that, a daily cleanse and no oil at the lash line. Oil can get in the way of the bond, and build-up loosens the base of the extension.
Every day
- Cleanse with a lash foam and a soft brush, then pat dry
- Brush morning and night with a clean spoolie
- Keep cleanser, moisturiser, sunscreen and remover oil-free
Avoid
- Water in the first 24 hours
- Picking, pulling or rubbing, and lash curlers
- Waterproof mascara
- Saunas and hot yoga in the first 48 hours
- Sleeping face down
Who will do my lashes?
Brynne Lee, the founder and lead artist, or one of the two artists she trained. Brynne is a five-time certified eyelash artist, twice certified in makeup, and an accredited trainer and educator, with more than eight years in the industry.
Danica and Nazanin bring years of experience and professional training, and both are trained in-house on the Beautiatelier protocol. Their work is checked against it every day, at every appointment, with feedback and a quality check. You can ask for an artist when you book.

What clients say about their lash extensions
5.0194 reviewsA light-brown natural classic set at the atelier.
this was one of the most delicate treatments I’ve ever had, with a beautiful set. It’s been 2 weeks with very little give for them!
I got a hybrid set and not only do they look gorgeous, my lashes have lasted so long. I had them done for vacation and I’ve retained about 95% of my lashes in over a week and that’s with regular cleansing, brushing, swimming, and sweating.
She understood exactly what I wanted and matched the style to my eye shape. The lashes also lasted 5 weeks before I had to get them filled!
I get the mega volume set and my lashes have been holding them down well.
I have tried a lot of lash techs and Brynn has the best retention with no damage to the lashes and no discomfort during grow out.

More questions before you book
Which set should I book first?
If you have never worn extensions, classic or a light hybrid is the usual start: both look natural and show you how a set wears. The free consultation looks at your lashes before you commit to anything.
Do I need a patch test?
It is free if you want one. If you have had a reaction before, book it 48 hours ahead.
How often do I need a refill?
Every two to three weeks. A refill is from $70 and takes 45 to 105 minutes, depending on how much of the set remains.
Can you refill a set from another salon?
After an assessment. If the work is safe we refill it to a new map. If it is not, we remove it and start again.
