Care
Every step has a reason. Follow it and the ten-day warranty is rarely needed.
First week
The bond reaches full strength over days, not hours.
- Cleanse daily with a lash foam and a soft brush
- Pat dry with a lint-free cloth, never a towel
- No mascara; if you must, water-based on the tips only
Ongoing
Oil dissolves cyanoacrylate. Friction snaps fans at the base.
- Oil-free everything: cleanser, moisturiser, sunscreen, remover
- Brush morning and night with a clean spoolie
- No picking, pulling or rubbing; no lash curlers
What breaks retention
Every one of these is a bond failure we see at the fill.
- Oil-based skincare and makeup
- Sleeping face-down
- Skipping the daily cleanse: build-up loosens the base
- Saunas and hot yoga in the first 48 hours
Signs to pause
A reaction is rare but real, and it can develop after years of wearing lashes.
- Itching, swelling or redness of the lid that lasts more than a day
- Watering that does not settle
- Message us first: we remove for free and reassess before anything else
