Using beautiatelier.com or booking an appointment means you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the site or book.
Services and prices
Beautiatelier provides eyelash extension, lash lift and related services. Prices are shown on the site before tax and can change without notice; the price at the time you book is the price you pay.
Booking and payment
Appointments are booked through our booking platform. New clients hold the booking with a card or a deposit. Payment for the service is taken at the appointment, by cash, e-transfer, or credit or debit card.
Cancellations, lateness and no-shows
More than 24 hours' notice: no charge. Less than 24 hours: 50 % of the booked service. No-show: 100 %. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten the service or count as a late cancellation.
Your part
Tell us about allergies, reactions, eye conditions and medication that could affect the service. Follow the aftercare you are given. Book a patch test if you have reacted to adhesive before.
Warranty and satisfaction
Retention is warranted for ten days when the aftercare has been followed. If the set is not what we designed together, tell us within 72 hours: we fix it first and refund if we cannot.
Photographs and consent
We photograph sets for your file. Publication needs your separate written consent, which you can withdraw at any time; withdrawal removes the images from anything we publish afterwards.
Intellectual property
The site's text, photographs, illustrations and the Beautiatelier name and monogram belong to Beautiatelier Inc. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Third-party services
The site links to and embeds services from Xyrus, GoHighLevel, Google and Meta. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms apply.
Liability
To the extent Ontario law allows, our liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the price paid for that service.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Ontario.
