How do I book?

Online, any time, from the Book page. New clients start with a free thirty-minute consultation, in person or on video; returning clients book straight into a set because your map is on file.

Do I pay when I book?

The service is paid at the atelier after your set, by cash, e-transfer, or credit or debit card. New clients hold the booking with a card or a deposit, whichever they prefer. The cancellation policy is the only charge that can happen before you arrive.

How early should I book?

Two to three weeks ahead for evenings and weekends. Weekday mornings are usually available within the week. Refills are best booked before you leave.

What if I need to cancel?

More than 24 hours before, free, as often as you need. Inside 24 hours, half the service is charged; a no-show is charged in full. Reschedule from the link in your reminder text.

How should I arrive?

With clean lashes and no eye makeup, no mascara for a day before. Contact lenses out. Skip caffeine right before if you can, it keeps the eyes still.

How long does it take?

A first full set is two to two and a half hours depending on the fullness. Refills are 45 to 105 minutes. Lash lifts are 75 to 90 minutes. You can sleep.

Do I need a patch test?

If you have ever reacted to adhesive, tape or acrylics, or have sensitive eyes, yes. It is free and takes half an hour, at least 48 hours before the set.

Can I bring a photo of what I want?

Please do. We use it to understand the effect you like, then map it to your eye shape and what your natural lashes can carry.

How long will my set last?

Your natural lashes shed two to five a day and each takes its extension with it. A set is refilled every two to three weeks; a lash lift lasts six to eight weeks.

What counts as a refill?

Refills are priced by how much of the set is left: 70 percent, 50 percent or 30 percent. Under 30 percent is a new full set. We check at the bed and charge the right one.

Why do some sets fall out faster?

Oil and rubbing at the lash line, a skincare routine with oils near the eye, or a set that was too heavy for the natural lash. Aftercare and the right weight fix nearly all of it.

What is the retention warranty?

Lose more than half your set within ten days, with aftercare followed, and the refill is free. Book it inside the ten days.

Will extensions damage my lashes?

Not when every extension is isolated to one natural lash and the weight stays inside what that lash can carry. That is the point of the assessment and the map. Damage comes from stickies and overloading, which we refuse to do.

What adhesive do you use?

Medical-grade cyanoacrylate, chosen for your eyes and the humidity that day. Low-fume options exist for sensitive clients. Ask at the consultation.

Can I get lashes while pregnant?

Yes, and we take extra care with fumes and positioning. Tell us at booking so the room and the appointment are set up for it.

Can you fill a set from another studio?

After an assessment. If the work is safe we fill to a new map at the foreign-fill rate. If it is not, we remove it and start again. We never fill over stickies.

How much is a set?
