Cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours before your appointment at no charge. Inside 24 hours, 50 % of the booked service is charged. A no-show is charged in full.
New clients hold their booking with a card or a deposit, whichever they prefer. The service is paid at the atelier after your set, by cash, e-transfer, or credit or debit card. The cancellation policy above is charged to the card on file or taken from the deposit, or invoiced.
We hold your time for 15 minutes. After that we may shorten the set to finish on time, or rebook it as a late cancellation.
Sets from another studio are assessed before they are filled. If the work is safe we fill to a new map at the foreign-fill rate. If it is not, we remove it and start again; the removal is charged, the assessment is not.
Lose more than half of your set within ten days, with the aftercare followed, and the refill is free. Book it inside the ten days.
If the set is not what we designed together, tell us within 72 hours. We fix it first; if we cannot, we refund the service.
A permanent 10 % off every service for new mothers, social workers, healthcare workers and new immigrants. Say so when you book; no paperwork.
We photograph sets for your map on file. Nothing is published without your written consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
