Who we are
Beautiatelier Inc. operates beautiatelier.com and the eyelash atelier at 250 Wellington Street West, Toronto. This page explains what personal information we collect, why, and who processes it.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address and appointment history when you book or contact us. Your lash design and notes about your natural lashes, sensitivities and preferences, so we can reproduce your set. Photographs of your lashes for your file, and, only with your written consent, for publication. Payment details are handled by our booking platform and never stored by us.
Why we use it
To book, confirm and remind you of appointments. To design and reproduce your set. To answer your messages. To send aftercare and fill reminders. To measure how the website is used so we can improve it.
Who processes it
GoHighLevel (bookings, messages, client records), Xyrus (booking platform and payments), Google (Maps embed, Analytics through Google Tag Manager), and Meta (advertising measurement, only after you accept non-essential cookies). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.
Cookies
Essential cookies run the site. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner, and you can change your choice at any time from the footer.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, withdraw photo consent, or stop marketing messages at any time by emailing hi@beautiatelier.com or texting (647) 932-0285. We keep client records for as long as you are a client and for two years after your last visit.
Security
Records are stored in the platforms above with access limited to the atelier team. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, and we will tell you if a breach affects you.
