What a classic set gives you
Length, curl and a darker line that reads as your own lashes at their best. Because there is one fibre per lash, the density of the set is the density of your lash line, so classic suits a reasonably full natural lash line and is the usual first set for anyone new to extensions. Diameter, usually 0.10 to 0.15 mm, is chosen per zone from the strength of the lash beneath.
The map is what makes one classic set different from another: where the length peaks, how the curl changes across the eye, and how the two eyes are balanced against each other. We draw it at the consultation and keep it on file for every refill.
Classic lashes in Toronto, what to compare
Studios across the city list classic sets from under $100 to well over $200. The difference is mostly time and isolation. A set applied in 45 minutes cannot have isolated every natural lash; one done in two hours can. Ask how each lash is separated, how the weight is chosen, and what the studio does if the set does not hold. Ours: under magnification, per zone, and a free refill if more than half is lost inside ten days.
Refills and care
Refill every two to three weeks, from $70, in 45 to 105 minutes. Cleanse daily with a lash foam, keep oil-based products away from the lash line, and do not pull at a fibre that has turned; we reset it at the refill. At each visit we check the natural lashes and adjust the diameter if they have changed.

How much are classic lashes in Toronto?
At our atelier a classic set is from $150 and refills are from $70, paid by cash, e-transfer, or credit or debit card. Elsewhere in Toronto prices vary widely with the time taken and the technique; the consultation is free if you want to compare before you commit.
How long does a classic set last?
The fibres shed with the natural lashes they are bonded to, so the set thins gradually over the lash cycle. A refill every two to three weeks keeps it full. If more than half of a new set is lost inside ten days, the refill is covered by our warranty.
Are classic lashes natural looking?
The most natural of the extension sets, because nothing is fanned or layered. At shorter lengths and a B or C curl it reads as mascara. Longer and with a D curl it becomes a visible set. The map is drawn for the level you want.
